At the beginning of each year, Fidalgo Island Rotary celebrates its founding in 1997. In 2023, we celebrated our 26th year as a club. Our fabulous emcee for the night, Kim Kimmy, provided a great summary of the club and accomplishments so far.

- Provided Connie Kelley Vocational Scholarship to 3 local students:
- Oswaldo Bonilla-Martinez: $2,500, Studying to be a diesel mechanic
- Wendy Smith: $4,000, Studying to be a drug counselor
- Kelsie Spurgeon: $4,000, Studying to be a nurse
- STEM Camp August 2022
We had 20 students with 8 different activities over 4 days
- Youth Engaged in Service (YES)

International Service Project in Honduras June 2023
- Helped Sponsor a Student conducting a service project in Ecuador
- Helped Sponsor a local Girls Traveling Softball Team
- Supported Troop 911 Scouts composed of 10 boy members
